Payment
Individuals
Prepayment, including shipping and tax, is required for all orders
Schools and Organizations
Purchase orders are accepted from clinics, hospitals, evaluation centers, schools, institutions, and other organizations. Payment is due net 30 days.
Installation and Set Up
All Tash products come with instruction manuals containing full details on set up and installation. Please call or e-mail if you need further assistance.
Warranty
Tash offers a one-year warranty on all products. If a product requires repair within one year of use as recommended, send it back to us with a return authorization number and it will be repaired or replaced at no charge.
Satisfaction Guaranteed!
If you are not satisfied with your Tash product within 15 days of receiving it you can return it to us for just the cost of the freight. Please note that this applies only if goods are in brand new condition for resale. After 15 days, a restocking fee will be applied. Products in your possession for more than six months cannot be returned, as they are not suitable for resale. Please phone for a return authorization number.
